Erweiterung und Instandsetzung Kurtheater Baden
The architects’ goal was to rebalance the theatre built by a pioneering woman in architecture, Lisbeth Sachs 1952, in its entirety. In the architectural concept the old sets the tone for the new in terms of space, material, design and atmosphere. The stage and backstage areas were extended with the formal and constructional means of the existing building, the Sachs foyer was restored true to detail, and the foyer from 1964 was reshaped with new means of expression.
