Gesamtinstandsetzung Kongresshaus und Tonhalle
This complex and comprehensive renovation had the double aim of improving the functional qualities of the famous concert hall and congress center, and of restoring the original qualities of the protected monument. Kongresshaus and the Tonhalle now look bright, serene and festive. The visual axes that have been opened up again draw one's attention: The vestibule of the Kongresshaus again extends from street to street and the terrace offers views of the lake and the alps, as there were at the time of the opening in 1939.
