Quartier des Halles
The dense urban ensemble consists of a long-folded building backing onto the railway tracks, and an urban block facing the Place de la Gare. This public square was remodeled and opens towards a new pedestrian mall, providing a continuous public space. Its morphology refers to the main street of the historic centre of Morges. The plasticity of the 3 facades contributes to the definition of a complex and articulated urban space.
