Surélevation Rue de Lausanne
Located at the edge of the inner city of Geneva, the project involves the addition of three floors to the existing 1960s building. The existing structure revealed a significant load reserve, making it possible to envisage a heavy roof extension in reinforced concrete. The flats are organised in a duplex typology with double orientation – granting views of the lake and the city.
