The late-modern development in Aarau with its four elongated, staggered volumes and the park-like spaces in between still offers a high quality of life. Meili, Peter refurbished the 581 flats in rows B and C while still inhabited, paying particular attention to the balconies, which were given a new depth and slightly raised balustrades without changing the expression of the horizontal layering.
