The friction between a very limited site and the requirements of a large performance space requires a large degree of concentration, where all the elements merge into a single body – five large programmatic rooms, the spaces in between are used for circulation. The exceptional absence of expansion joints in the cladding emphasizes the monolithic character of the building.
