The central element of the conversion is the fireplace, which is positioned acentrically in the living area. Various spaces stretching over one or two storeys are arranged around this “warm core”. The low-lying, structural opening on the ground floor directs the view of a standing person down the valley and gives the seated person a magnificent view of the mountain formations opposite.
