The cooperative mixed-use building offers affordable flats suitable for the most diverse forms of communal living, a colorful mix of commercial spaces as well as many communally used rooms. A three-storey public forum and two generous exterior staircases connect the railtrack terrace (“Gleisterrasse”) with the shops and restaurants on Zollstrasse, thus generating a high degree of publicity on the tight plot.
